Error “Coupon [coupon name] does not exist”

I set up a simple coupon to give all those that are logged in with the role “customer” to get 2% off their order automatically. When I add a product to the cart it shows the banner saying that the discount is available, but doesn’t apply it because I haven’t logged in yet (so far so good). But when I log in a red banner comes up saying “Coupon [coupon name] does not exist!”. Even though it acknowledged that it existed on the previous screen, without the shopper even asking for it. You can see for yourself by using user {credentials removed by moderator}
