Error creating a carousel

Hi. My client just buy your plugin to make a carousel but when I’m trying to make it, I can’t.

I uploaded a screenshot of how it looks.

But basically when I have to select “Carousel Style” under “Carousel Query”, it doesn’t show nothing. Only say: “No results found”

Can you help me with that?
