Thank you @sonartika,
Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Debug admin page. Click on the [Tables] tab. If you see database errors, please click on the [Solve database problems] button.
If there are no problems, click on the [Errors and Issues] tab and let me know what errors you see.
Please scroll down and click on [Solve database problems] button. I’ve already mentioned it in my previous post.
I clicked it, but it tells me the same thing
It seems your database server is out-dated and regular SQL doesn’t work. The plugin tables were not created during the installation process. Because your MySQL server doesn’t understand regular SQL comments or you have some limits in database.
Please provide some information about your MySQL server. All info you can find in the same DEBUG admin page, just click on [ Server ] tab. if your MySQL server version is 5.5 or 5.6 you should contact your hosting service and ask them update it to 5.7.
this is my situation (screenshot), so I have to contact the hosting …..

Please contact to your hosting service and ask them why new tables can’t be created in your website database? Please make sure you don’t have disk space or table count limits. The MySQL version is ok, but for some reason wpForo are not created. Also, it would be great if they update your database to 5.7 version.
ok thanks a lot for your help and patience!
