Error creating label, unknown sender reference

    I am trying to create the DHL label but it is giving me error saying unknown sender reference in shipper reference i have given {order_number} but it is giving me this error. I have also read the documentation but still does not get my answer.

    Hello @eidmuhammad
    Can you enable the debug from :
    WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > DHL Packet

    then try to create the label again, after that you will find a log file with today’s date within :
    WooCommerce > Status > Logs
    it will start with dhl-

    can you send this file to our email :
    “dhlsupport [at] progressus.io”
    So we can check it

    it seems you are trying to fill “Shipper Reference” with image link, this field should be filled with the reference generated by your DHL Business Portal, you can check it with the DHL support team.

    As a quick fix you can just un check “Add Logo” field in :
    WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > DHL Packet > Shipping Label Settings
    then it will works normally
