    We have used Paytium with much joy.

    For the linked page, I’ve tried to add an drop-down list or an open amount. This did not work. The total is not calculated. Then clicking on DONATE, this error shows:
    Creating payment failed: Error executing API call (request): The amount i

    Can you help us out?

    Hi Joko

    Not all of Paytium’s javascript files are loaded. Specifically
    wp-content/plugins/paytium/public/js/public.js

    Plugins that minimize javascript can cause this, are you using any of those? Or W3TOTALCACHE? Sometimes themes will lso do this, you can check the settings to be sure.

    Hello David,

    Thank you for your quick response and follow-up. I have disabled all other plugins, but still it is not working. Now I am planning to play around with what javascripts are perhaps conflicting.
