• I got the following response from the application developer for AIWISEMIND to get AI to write my blogposts – getting the following error

Error creating post. HTTP code: 429, Response: Too Many Requests

We have reviewed your WordPress account and found that this issue is not related to any WordPress plugins. This indicates that the problem might be originating either from your WordPress account itself or your hosting server.

To resolve this issue, we recommend you contact both WordPress support and your hosting service provider. Please inform them that you are facing publishing errors with your content and that something is blocking it from being published on your website. Additionally, request your hosting provider to whitelist AIWiseMind’s 4-IP addresses (134.122.18.193, 161.35.99.205, 45.93.100.189, 68.183.24.33) on their hosting server.

Once these steps are completed, you should be able to publish your content on your website. Please let us know once you have completed these steps or if you need further assistance.

The hosting server support says this error is caused by more than 10 requests per second. But the application developer says that this is not the real issue and something could be misconfigured in my wordpress account.

How do I resolve this matter?

Unfortunately, your post is hard to read because you don’t mark quotes as such. Let me try to find out what you are talking about.

First of all, you don’t have a WordPress “account” but an individual WordPress installation on a hosting of your choice. The message

HTTP code: 429, Response: Too Many Requests

can have many causes there. It starts with the host (which excludes this if I see it correctly?) and goes all the way to the WordPress plugins you are using.

Are you using a security plugin in your project? Then that could be a reason. Other plugins that somehow interfere with requests could also be a reason.

One measure would be to deactivate all plugins and see if this changes the behavior. If so, one of the plugins was to blame.

Incidentally, there is another article here with further possibilities to get to the bottom of the cause: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-wordpress-429-too-many-requests-error/
