Error creating Return Labels

    Hello! After the latest WordPress and WooCommerce updates, the Return Label creation stopped working. We set the DHL plugin from SOAP to REST, re-synced the plugin but the DHL RETOURE ONLINE service participation number is not populated.
    The error message in logs says:

    )

    I’ve checked the contract and indeed DHL RETOURE ONLINE service is active.

    I would need some assistance and an email where I can forward the logs and screenshots.

    Can you check the DHL Products and Participation Number within the plugin settings :
    WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > DHL Paket

    make sure to click in “Get account settings button” and test again, if it still now working, check the DHL Retoure, we noticed that somethimes this is returned with wrong value by DHL API, try to change it to 01, or contact the DHL support to check with them what is the right values for your account. ( We are following up with them to check why this API return wrong values for some accounts )

    I’ve checked DHL Products and Participation Number in the plugin settings and only DHL PAKET GKP and DHL PAKET INTERNATIONAL gets populated by clicking on ‘Get Account Settings’ button. If I manually add the correct participation value for DHL Retoure (01), the error is still present:

    Error creating label:
    Error :
    The service entered is unknown.

    I’ll contact DHL support then to check if REST API is active for DHL RETOURE ONLINE service.
    Hope you get it fixed and patched ASAP.
