Hi,
Thank you for contacting us!
Please make sure that every service is connected with at least 1 staff member and that each staff member has working hours.
Kind regards

Staff details are not being appeared in setting-staff. Even I tried to add new staff member details and save them, but after refreshing the page same goes disappear as if there is no staff detail

Moreover, I tried to deactivate->delete the plugin, then after re-install->activate. But the same data as the previous ones appear in bookit calendar.
I again deleted the plugin (bookit) and clear the cache through WP super cache, but after installing and activating the plugin, the same data as the previous ones appear in bookit calendar.
pls. note that staff members details are not being appeared in bookit, which is an error as I stated in my last message above.
Hi,
Sorry for the delayed reply! Could you please share a screenshot of the dashboard when editing a staff member? Also please open the console and provide a screenshot if there are any errors appear.
Kind regards
Hi there,
i have the same problem, there is always the problem with invalid data after update bookit plugin. I cant let it unfunctional, so i allways need to downgrade.
I have staff with regular services and regular open hours.
By “Default” template it shows allways invalid date in last step after submitting and it makes no booking in database.
By “Step by step” template it looks fine, it shows regular dates, it confirms the appointment, but it also makes no reservation (booking) in database.
Screenshots from the whole process and setings are here: https://drzajn.com/bookit/screenshots.rar
Could you help me please? Tank you!
Hello @vegisk
Sorry for the delayed reply!
I checked this issue in our testing environment, with the latest version of the plugin (Screenshot 1).
In the setting of the plugin, I choose the default style (Screenshot 2).
Then, checked all appointments before creating a new one from the frontend (Screenshot 3)
Then made a new appointment (Screenshot 4, Screenshot 5), at the end date was displayed correctly (Screenshot 6). Furthermore, it is recorded in the database (Screenshot 7).
Please, recheck this issue, by disabling third-party plugins and activating the default theme of WordPress (for example, Twenty Twenty-One). This will help you to understand what exactly is causing the conflict.
Kind regards
