    Hi @asemi

    The error you experienced is related to Web Server configuration on your source server.

    It may be caused by many things, but the most common is missing HTTP 2 library.

    In such cases you can try to use alternate download method: https://prnt.sc/1slr41w on the server where you made the backup (source).

    You can find it in “Other options” section of our plugin’s settings.

    Please on your destination site disable PHP CLI: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    It may help you to make the migration a bit more stable on your server.

    Then you can try to run the restore process again.

    If the restore (after upload) will freeze please enable splitting: https://prnt.sc/1sljjju (also “Other options” section)

    If the download still fails, please upload the backup manually using file manager, FTP or our upload area below backup(s) list.
