Thanks for reaching out. We’re currently investigating another report of this error, with a conflict with another plugin possibly the cause. So we can try to determine any such conflict please share your Site Health information, and at what stage you encounter this error.

If you prefer to share privately you can use this form.

Once we have the above we can check your setup. You can also wish to follow the steps below, at which point I suspect the issue will no longer occur (while in troubleshooting mode).

    1. Login to your site from a Chrome browser incognito window
    2. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    3. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    4. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”
    5. Attempt to view your Site Kit dashboards once more

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

@marilo86 We’ve identified that this issue is related to the use of the Google Charts library in Site Kit. We’re working on a fix now and plan to release it next week in v1.42.0. I’ll update here when the release is out and you can upgrade.

@marilo86 Today we released v1.42.0, which includes a fix for this issue. I’ll mark this topic as resolved, but if you see any other issues or have questions, please feel free to open a new topic. Thank you for your patience!

@marilo86 Just following up with you to confirm that this issue no longer occurs on your site? We’ve had reports that this does remain for some users and we’re trying to determine whether a third party plugin possibility may be resulting in this error.

Let me know if you have encountered this notice since upgrading to 1.42.0, and if so please share your Site Health information here or privately using this form.
