Hi,
thanks, yes i know it, was the fist step, then the issue 🙂

P.S.
Hi Pedro,
I suppose there is some conflict between Jetpack ( especially if you have Photon activated as well? )
I suppose best practice would be to first disable Jepack or the photon caching feature if you have that enabled in jetpack.
After that clear cache in Falcon
set falcon manually to no cache
in wordfence settings – options at the end of the page of settings
check the box that says: delete all wordfence tables on deactivation of the plugin
deactivate wordfence ( you wont lose settings )
then activate wordfence again.
Hope this works for you!
Hello,
thanks, i have take your recommendation step by step but not fix the issue. The issue is when connect with wordpress.com to activate Jetpack, if i disconnect Jetpack the web come back.
Regards
PS
Hmmm looks like a Jetpack issue then not a wordfence one?
Or do you mean this only happens IF jetpack is enabled AND you try to disable Falcon engine?
So you have no issue what so ever as long as falcon and jetpack are active, is that what you are saying?
If so, you might want to try and delete wordfence all together, and start over with a fresh install?
Hi,
the Like Jetpack module is the bottleneck, i have disable this module and work fine with disable Falcon cache.

P.S.
that’s not really good news.
Hi!
I see that this looks like it’s resolved now. If anyone else is experiencing a similar issue please share more details about the error message you are getting and I’ll try to see if I can figure out what is happening. A screenshot is always welcome if possible.
Thanks!
