Error displaying content in my language

    Hello, I’m contacting you because I have a problem. I’m currently using the donation plugin for the Portuguese language, when I test it in the browser I’m using, the donation page is in Portuguese, all the text, but when I text in a browser with an anonymous tab or on another cell phone it appears all in English, and I changed and rewrote it all in Portuguese.

    Can you send along the URL of your form? And can you clarify on what plugin did you use for translating?

    Furthermore, please send along your System Info.

    Navigate to Donations → Tools → System Info (tab) and click the button to “Get System Report” and copy/paste that in your reply here.

    That will give me some more context to be able to help.
