    i select uncategorized folder, and detect 1 file in there, but where?

    Hi @banijadev

    Some plugins hide the attachments created by them (like Pdf invoice plugin, etc.) that’s why FileBird detect it’s availability (count 1) but you can’t see this file appear in the media gallery.

    In this case, we can investigate your site to detect which plugin hides those resources, so we can work to improve our counter.
