Error downloading attachments

    Trying to download any attachment it will be opened in the browser like an HTML file, with wrong characters (“�%PDF-1.4 %äüöß 2 0 obj <> stream x�u�� AE�|ŭ-���QA��….”).
    In the error_log file are generate these errors that i think are connected to this:

    Hi @beppesan,

    Try to go to Tickets – Settings, Advanded tab and scroll down until you fin the Attachment overrides section. Check the “Do not mask attachment links” box. This will only work for new tickets and not for the existing ones.
