    That typically means there is a function in WordPress that isn’t triggering correctly.

    Can you try disabling other plugins to see if the problem goes away? If so, then you can re-enable each plugin individually until the problem comes back. Then we’ll know the culprit and I can try to reproduce the problem on our test server.

    If disabling all plugins doesn’t help then it could be a theme issue, in which case we’d need to try a basic theme to see if the problem goes away.

    We just need to track down what is conflicting, and then we can look into fixing it one way or another.
