Plugin first worked fine for a few days, but now it’s not possible to subscribe anymore – it’s just showing “Error during operation..”
Tried re-installing the plugin – wondered that all settings were still there, so it doesn’t seem to do a clean uninstall.
How to make it work again?

You can look at php error log, maybe there you can read the reason of issue.
Also, you can try disabling all other plugins and using a default theme, just to be sure there is no conflict.

I think I just found the problem. Doesn’t seem to be compatible with WP Super Cache. Excluding the subscribe-URL from caching and clearing the cache helped.
