Can I check which link you used to contact Facebook from?
Generally at this stage of the connection process, they are best placed to explain the error in more detail, especially as it looks like the error is coming from Facebook directly.
Can you please reach out to them from the link I am highlighting in your screenshot with the error message:

I can’t open the link you have sent.
This is the link i used to reach FB support:
http://www.facebook.com/business/help/support.
They have told me to try to Sing out and log in again, but i did not work. So they said the issue is with woocommerce then… so now i do not know what to do…

My computer do not open the link you are sending because it is not safe and even turning off all antivirus and security, i am not able to open the link, is there any other link i can use?

As my colleague Thu stated, we’re not able to find anything in our records for this error. This error is on a Facebook page, so Facebook support should be able to provide more details about how to fix it.
