Error during resgistration

    While I try to registre, on the comerce acc creation page, I get the message “We couldn’t configure your account because a problem in our systems. Try again later”

    I’ve been trying for several days, i contacted FB and they say they can’t help.

    What can i do?

    Hi there,

    Can I check which link you used to contact Facebook from?

    Generally at this stage of the connection process, they are best placed to explain the error in more detail, especially as it looks like the error is coming from Facebook directly.

    Can you please reach out to them from the link I am highlighting in your screenshot with the error message:
