    Hi.
Trying to edit menu, I get this:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) NAV-MENUS.PHP

Menu is doesn’t load on page, only leftbar but I can’t display menu elements.
I’m using latest version of Woocommerce.

  • Hello,

What version of the theme are you using?

Have you tried deactivating plugins one by one to see if the menu works when a certain plugin is OFF?

I’m using latest version of Virtue free.
I can’t deactivate plugins because of production site.
    Any other solution¿

Looks like you’re not using a Kadence theme. This forum is for Virtue theme only.

I’m using VIRTUE free theme in my e-commerce.

In the site and login you sent me Virtue was not the active theme. Have you changed it?

    Virtud child is active theme.

Ok, so looks like you have a plugin or something that is using Virtue theme only for the shop. When I try to login to your shop I am getting this notice:

You have tried to access the “yourwebsite.net | TIENDA” desktop but you do not currently have privileges on this site. If you think you should be able to access the “yourwebsite.net | TIENDA” desktop, contact your network administrator.

You should try contacting your host about this issue. Or else I would say it is likely that your error is being outputted by one of your plugins.

Did you try to log in to main site and then you move to webshop?

    hannah

    (@hannahritner)

Whenever I tried to login to your shop it redirected me the main site. Are you using a plugin to redirect your main site to your shop? If so, which one?
Did you try deactivating your plugins to test if any were conflicting?

    Hannah
