    Can you please adjust the setting “Shop Name” to something shorter and see if this resolves the problem?

    We checked the error logs for your domain on the review forms server. The problem is that your website sends the current date as an empty string.

    The current date is retrieved by the plugin with the following code:

    date_i18n( wc_date_format(), time() )

    Please ask the developer who looks after your site to check why the site returns an empty string for the current date. It might be caused by server settings or something else.

    After the problem with the date is fixed, reminders should work fine on your site.

    I just solved my problem. In the wordpress date settings, the format was on custom and the field was empty.
    After changing the date format, the email test worked well.
