Error Empty file upload result

Hello.
I am excited to use this plugin if it works for my need, however…

It seems to work for smaller files, but my need is for big files.
I tested on a few small ones, which went fine.
But when I try a large test file (110mb), upon completion it gives the error:
“Error Empty file upload result” where the word “error” is in red.
Upon occasion, I need to get a file up to 2-3gb from my clients. Is there a way to make it work?
