    Hi @luna5,

It looks like this is a file from an older version of Burst. Are you updated to the latest version? If you’re at the latest (1.8.0) this is probably a caching issue in your browser. Please try loading your site in an anonymous window.

If you’re not on the latest, please update to 1.8.0, which should resolve the issue.

Let me know if that helps!

    Hi @rogierlankhorst

I have the most up to date version and tried to launch it on an incognito window, still get the same error unfortunately. I’ll try clearing my cache.

It is also possible that your hosting environment has a built in cache, and the files are loaded from that cache. In that case you’ll need to clear the cache on server level. Or perhaps CloudFlare.

As the file does not exist anymore in the current version, something is caching it on your end. Because of the mismatch between old javascript file and newer PHP back-end, the error occurs.

I have rolled it back to the previous version and it is working again.

    Hi @luna5,

I’m glad to hear you have a solution, although it is a workaround.

This will probably work because the cached javascript files can work with the previous back-end of the plugin. To be able to use the new version, the cache needs to be cleared somehow. Maybe your hosting provider can tell you how these files are cached exactly.

As long as the errors occur in files that do not exist in the latest version, the files have to be cached somewhere.
