I just tried to connect my simplybookme with my wordpress, when i want to connect my account

Hi @ygach,

It looks like the described issue could occur in certain cases when 2FA was activated for your SimplyBook account. Please try the following version pre-release of the plugin (3.0.0.1), which should solve the issue.

Installation: Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin -> Install Now -> Select “Replace” if WordPress prompts you to

Hi !

Thanks, it’s works, i don’t have the issue now. But ! When i want to connect, it’s keep redirect me to the “connect” page like the connection is not working…

Hi @ygach,

Great, thank you for confirming this. It sounds like the behavior you’re currently experiencing might be unrelated to the fix, but not 100% sure yet.

Does this redirect to the ‘same page’ occur after you’ve entered the 2FA code? Could you try the login once more, to see if it might’ve been just a single failed attempt?

If that doesn’t help yet, I would also try to perform the connection when you’re logged in to the WordPress Dashboard in a fresh Incognito / Private Browsing window in your browser. Maybe there is still some browser cache affecting the behavior.
