    Hi,

    The screenshot (thank you!) inidactes that the plugin “Meta Data Filter” is inserting JavaScript code on the WP login page that has a syntax error on it. This in turn stops other JavaScript from running – and the TFA plugin makes the TFA field appear using JavaScript. If you de-activate the faulty plugin, then this will resolve it – but as a long term fix, presuming you’re using that plugin, you’ll need to show them the screenshot so that they can fix the bug.
