    Hello Arnan,
Thanks for such a great plugin. I’m having a problem that I can’t solve.

When I try to create a new ad, I get this message before I type anything in and after I put everything in:
Error, no Ad ID set! Check your syntax!

    I have v. 3.11.7.

    Thanks for your help.

Make sure your (AdRotate) database is there and works.
If no advert can be created when you start making a new one something is wrong with your database.

You may want to completely uninstall/delete AdRotate and install a new copy.

Thanks Arnan. Can I save my settings somehow so that my current ads will pick up where they were before?

You could export the database, all tables with adrotate_ in the name. But if it’s incomplete or broken that won’t fix your problem when you import things back in.

Before reinstalling/deleting anything you should make a backup so you can restore that if a new install doesn’t fix things.

Your servers error_log may show additional information on the problem.

Same error to me after update, i optimized the database without success and then i only saved the widget again and it works!

I have the same problem, but I have tons of ads and ad groups. Is there some other way of getting at the problem other than uninstall and reconfigure? Something to look for in the database?
