Hi @sb644098 thanks for getting in touch. Is this happening after you try uploading the Stories plugin via Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin?
Does the error display after trying to install the plugin or once the plugin has been installed?
This message is a generic WordPress error message and indicates that connection can’t be made to your database. This could be related to your host so I would also check in with them to see if they can see why this connection can’t be made.
