Error establishing a database connection

    On the stage site only. We get the “Error establishing a database connection” message. Looking at the debug.log for the stage site.

    UTC] PHP Warning: mysqli_real_connect(): (HY000/2002): php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo for mysql-cluster-0-mysql-master.database.svc.cluster.local failed: Name does not resolve in /var/www/host/second-attempt/wp-includes/class-wpdb.php on line 1982

    Have only been changing styling with Elementor plugin no coding changes.

    Stage site was working without issue Friday and is updated.

    Live site no issues except when I try to get debug infor from the WP Staging plugin. WordPress core, theme and all plugins up to date.

    Hi @ernieh
    It looks like something changed on your server that made the information in the wp-config.php file on the staging site that connects to the database not valid anymore.

    Please send us your site’s system information from (WP STAGING > System info) via this form and we will help you further from there.
