This suggests that either your username and password details to your database login are incorrect, or, your hosts database isn’t working.

So Network Solutions says that they are having server issues.
In the meantime, I reset my login password for WordPress.

Your WordPress user login details are different than your database login details. So if you haven’t changed your database login username/password, then when your host it back up, your site should be humming along as usual once more. 🙂
