Error establishing a database connection- high cpu usage

    hi,
    im getting Error establishing a database connection error on my site, i checked all the plugins, when i deactivate woocommerce site doesnt work at all. i see when i visit the site cpu usage is 99%. my optimization score is fine. i also contacted hosting company they say its not about their servers or my hosting package.can you please help ?

    hello thank you for answering, homepage loads fine, it happens when you browse in the site. and browsing speed is very slow alltough pagespeed score is 93.please try clicking from header menu dama en-gros or barbat en-gros or one after another. im guessing when cpu usage reaches to 100 it makes the error. but i cant find exactly what causes the high cpu usage.
