Contact your host and look at the server logs. If everything is right on your end – and it must be if you can get to the server 40% of the time – then it is on the host end.
I have been having the same issue with all my sites an contacted my host and they just messaged back saying its working for us..
It dose work for awhile then gives the error then works for little while then gives error like that last 2 days
My host has now said it may be because the number of hits per second and I’m being blocked..
I’m guessing by hits per second he means traffic,
Thing is I’m not getting loads of traffic my sites between all 4 of them probs only get about 1500 hits a day..

Hi it’s all my sites not just a particular one, just checked traffic stats on one And it had massive amount of robot spider hits! Could that have been the culprit?
One of them is http://myfavmeme.com & http://trafficjeet.net and some more but too many to list all
Seems to running okay now but still think il find better host. Must have been something to do with the massive spider surge one if my sites had never had that many before and not quite sure what they where doing or what
I have contacted the bluehost team, they requested that, “We need to check my WordPress site for check exact issue”. Then they request admin permission. So is it OK?
This was happening before, or only now, after the last update of WordPress?
it must be from server side . Or if you backup upload it ….it will work fine again
Thank you friends, your responds. Yes I think it should be Bluehost issue. Lest see what they mention after examine my site. Is it OK, if i allow them to log-in my site as an administrator.
