    Useful too but I have grown tired of the “Cached Redirection detected” every time I update. I have opted to not updating very often.

    Yes! I get it “Cached Redirection detected”. Don’t block the whole management interface because of that.

    The message is shown because it is very likely that something would break, or behave in an unexpected and potentially harmful way.

    Whatever caching system you are using should not cache wp-admin or the REST API.
