    Hi, I just moved a site from my site5 host to a client’s fatcow host. The site was live for a few minutes. Then I refreshed the page and it went to ~/wp-admin/install.php

    When I try to access phpMyAdmin on the database I get this:

    Error
    SQL query: Edit
    SET NAMES utf8;
    MySQL said: Documentation
    #1226 – User ‘[obscured]’ has exceeded the ‘max_questions’ resource (current value: 75000)

    When I try to go in a second time I get a 404 page.

    Any idea why this is happening and how to fix it?

  • Hey Ryan,

    For the first part, I would double check with your host, you may also checkout this question on the FAQs page I believe it may help or provide some clues about this issue:
    -> Browse to: http://lifeinthegrid.com/duplicator-faq
    -> Find question: “Why do I get a 404, redirected, path errors or unable to login after installing?”

    Hope that helps!
