When exporting Subscribers in Excel format, I get an error:
“path cannot be empty”

CSV-Export works and files are saved to the server.
Where is the problem?

Hi @an4na,

I’m not sure this error is directly related to MailPoet, as it seems there’s something preventing the file from being exported/saved.

Could you please double-check if you have all the minimum requirements related to PHP extensions for using MailPoet? https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/152-minimum-requirements-for-mailpoet-3#php_extension
