I sent a request using the contact form last week, and I haven’t heard from it. Should I just post the debug log here?

@allegroclub I actually believe I responded to your ticket personally. I’ll check again to be sure, but perhaps make sure the response didn’t end up in your spam folder.

I checked the Spam folder too. I did not receive any reply for what I submitted via the contact form.

I did confirm I replied on April 10, but I just replied again right now. Please let me know if you received it.

Hi @allegroclub, per my testing this issue should be resolved.

For others experiencing the same thing, the fix will be in the next release, 3.4.0.

Since this is now solved I’m going to mark this topic as resolved.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to let us know.

And if you are happy with our plugin and support, please make us happy and take 30 seconds to leave a review. 🙂 We’d really appreciate that.
