Can you please send us followig information via our contact form on https://backwpup.com/contact
– enable the wordpress debugging and check if there are errors in the debug log. Please see this doc: https://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Debugging_in_WordPress
– in your WordPress go to Settings=>Information and copy the text from there
– generate a debug log for the not working job as described here: http://docs.backwpup.com/article/48-sending-in-log-files-for-the-support
If you want, you can subscribe to our beta tester newsletter and get informed as soon as we have a beta version to test, so you could try the fix for your problem before the next release is published.

I sent a request using the contact form last week, and I haven’t heard from it. Should I just post the debug log here?
@allegroclub I actually believe I responded to your ticket personally. I’ll check again to be sure, but perhaps make sure the response didn’t end up in your spam folder.
I checked the Spam folder too. I did not receive any reply for what I submitted via the contact form.
I did confirm I replied on April 10, but I just replied again right now. Please let me know if you received it.
Hi @allegroclub, per my testing this issue should be resolved.
For others experiencing the same thing, the fix will be in the next release, 3.4.0.
