@becvantage thanks for your topic.
Can you provide your site URL so we can check the existing tag on the site?
Hi Renee
I have the same problem that he does. This is what I get when I try to activate Google Analytics in G Suite
Error: We’ve detected there’s already an existing Analytics tag on your site (ID UA-166823042-1), but your account doesn’t seem to have access to this Analytics property. You can either remove the existing tag and connect to a different account, or request access to this property from your team. Can you please connect this.
My site url is https://globaldigitalmentors.com
Thanks
Tim
Hello dear Renee Johnson,
Thank you for your prompt reply.
Here you are my site URL: https://yourtourinfo.com

Ariana
@becvantage Thanks for providing the additional information. The last property ID you referenced is the only one visible on your site at present. Is this your correct property ID? (UA-155879089-1 as opposed to the initial referenced UA-154444089-1)
If the issue remains can you inform me of your current hosting provider and share your Site Health information? You can share privately using this form if you prefer.
@seyandra If you’d like to open a new support topic we’d be happy to investigate this for you.
@becvantage Just following up from your other support topic. I can now see a few different UA tracking codes at present. From checking your site once more I noticed some SEO plugins, such as All in One SEO Pack. Did you check plugins such as those for the additional Analytics property?
If you can temporarily deactivate this plugin, along with your other active plugins please check for the presence of that property code, before activating each plugin once more, one by one. You should be able to then determine the source of the property code. If inserted into your theme or theme settings you can check with another theme temporarily active.
Let me know if you’re able to determine the source.
Hello James,
Thank you very much for your detailed reply.
Just for clarification:
1. Google Analytics code which should be deleted – UA-155879089-1 (ga(‘create’, ‘UA-155879089-1’, ‘auto’);)
2. No any conflict between plugins.
3. The code came from the Google Site Kit plugin. The property code was written when I installed Google Site Kit plugin for the first time. Then I reinstalled the plugin, but code still remained on site.
Now, when I try to install Google Site Kit plugin’s GA part it refers to code UA-155879089-1, which is not valid/exist.
4. No any risk, if something goes wrong. I have many backups.
I would be grateful if you suggest some solution/clue.
Any advice would be highly appreciated!
Thank you in advance. @becvantage
