Error exporting user answers

    Hi!
    I created a quiz with 14 questions. One question had 0 points in the correct answer. Today I corrected this mistake (now the question is marked with 1 point). Then I went to results section, and when I’am trying to export user answers (not results and time, I mean the export with all the answers of the users), the export fails, it keeps downloading. This is the only quiz with the error, then I think is related to the points change in the question.
    How can I fix this problem and have access to the XLSX export? I really need this information.
