  • Hi there @sebastianrr 👋

Thank you for contacting Woo support!

The site is being set up on a new domain and through a backup of the site, it proves that it is working perfectly, I really do not know what it could be since I have tried everything.

Thank you for your patience! We are experiencing an unusually high volume of support requests at the moment, and that has affected our response times.

From what I gather, you are migrating the site from http://www.gourmetfoods.mxhttp://www.gourmetfoods.mx/mex/ and, upon doing so, the fatal error appears. Correct?

Just to be sure, how are you doing the migration currently? Via a plugin, following the steps in a guide, perhaps, or otherwise?

Feel free to try out Jetpack VaultPress Backup (directly linked here), for backing up your site and using that backup to migrate the data to your new domain. There is a 14-day trial period currently, so it would be at no cost.

To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.

Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here or into our http://Quickforget.com service and send that secret link here.

Also, could you please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and from the dropdown on the right side, please see if there are any logs starting with the words fatal-error.

If so, please select View and copy and paste them into your reply here.

We await your response to better assist you.
