Error fatal – error critico

    Hola amigos, tengo esta web https://www.uhuragroup.com/ el dia de ayer actualicé elementor el gratuito y mi sitio web se cayó presentando un error critico, el día de hoy me comunique con el hosting, me indicaron restablecer una copia de seguridad pero godaddy solo te crea una por día, así que la que creo anoche no me sirve ps ya presentaba el error, el mensaje que me sale es el sgte:

    Les agradezco quien me puede ayudar recuperando mi sitio web estoy un tanto preocupada.Cuando intente restablecer la copia de seguridad desde el hosting aproveché y actualicé PHP ya que el soporte de godaddy me indico que por eso se habia caido mi sitio, al parecer entró en conflicto.

    The error is caused by the fact that the plugin “RevSlider” you are using is not compatible with the PHP version you are currently using. My recommendation would be to set PHP 8.0 or 7.4 – with the latter it should work in any case.

    As soon as it works again, you should check whether there is an update for the plugin. You should clarify questions about its PHP compatibility with their support.

    Gracias amigo, quite por un momento el plugin “RevSlider” y vuelvo a entrar al sitio web y me lanza el sgte error:

    Ha habido un error crítico en esta web.

    Antes de todo esto yo tenía PHP desactualizado y cuando actualicé elementor fue que dejo de funcionar al parecer porque php no estaba actualizado, y cuando pedí soporte técnico con el hosting me dijeron que aprovechara y actualizará PHP y lo hicé y nada mejoró sigo con la web caida, Realmente no se si algo empeoró, pq en la respuesta de la web no me sale elementor sino ya otros plugins.

    I would recommend, as already written above, to reset the PHP version. Otherwise you would have to delete many of your plug-ins as well as your theme – this is not helpful for your website. Talk to your hosting support about this.
