Error: Fatal error: require_once()

    Hi there,

    We have been using this plugin for several months now. However for the past 2 days, we have been experiencing some issues with this. Perhaps something changed and the plugin is not siting well with our website. Hoping someone here can help.

    When we try and activate the plugin (1.8.1 version) this is the error we get:

    Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/CPANELUSER/public_html/<WEBSITE>/wp-content/plugins/wpematico/app/campaigns_edit.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php71/root/usr/share/pear’) in /home/CPANELUSER/public_html/<WEBSITE>/wp-content/plugins/wpematico/wpematico.php on line 66

    It’s not a permissions issue, though.

    By the way, when we reverted back to the older version of the plugin (version 1.7.3) everything seems to be working fine!

    Hi @txsuperstar,

    Sounds like you do not updated all the files of the plugin.

    Try to rename or delete the old wpematico directory and install again the new wpematico plugin.
