    Jetpack social has not worked from the start. I have a feeling it’s BlueHost-WP-JetPack somewhere. Updated the admin emails. No luck.

    I am getting this error message : There was an error fetching your purchases information. Check your site connectivity and try again.

    Email support is sub optimal

    Add a license key doesn’t work. Can’t find or validate a key.

    This button won’t set.

    Thanks for your patience here.

    I see a previous email ticket in our system (#9606240) that closed without a response. I also see that you no longer have a Jetpack Social subscription.

    We’re happy to help with this. Email is the quickest way for us to assist, would you please reach via this contact form and mention this thread?

    Before contacting us, it will also help if you install and connect the Jetpack plugin. In order for Jetpack Social to work, we need a working Jetpack connection, so connecting Jetpack will be the first step.
