Hello, I am using the latest version of wordpress and Supra CSV plugin and still can not upload csv.

error: File is not a csv format

Please, how I can fix this?

I’m working on a real estate website template with Colorlabs estate expert and I think this plugin provides everything to add properties from csv files.

for once the file should have a .csv extension name. there are also some non-unicode special characters in there that will throw errors during ingestion
