Hi, i have the solution. I had to open a ticket with my hosting provider.
Dear Customer,
after some tests showed that the problem was created by older version of php set to its domain by setting the version 5.3 the error no longer appears and you can install WordPress .

Hi I have the same problem. I made an instalation of wordpress 4.4 and now I cannot get into the profile and there is always this:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_removable_query_args() in /data/web/virtuals/45241/virtual/www/wp-admin/includes/misc.php on line 900
Or this
Fatal error: Call to undefined method WP_Customize_Manager::set_preview_url() in /data/web/virtuals/45241/virtual/www/wp-admin/customize.php on line 25
