    Good afternoon.

    I need help because adding the address at checkout shows me the following error:

    FedEx: The shop’s currency is other than set on the FedEx account. Preferred currency live rates are supported by Flexible Shipping FedEx PRO →

    I have already checked all the plug in and woocommerce configurations and in the fedex account but it is not resolved.

    Hello @hostingrocwwa,

    You need to use the same currency which has been assigned to your FedEx account. For example, if your FedEx account is created for the UK, the currency in the WooCommerce settings should be also pound sterling. If not, you will see exactly this error message.

    If you want to use different currency in your shop than your FedEx account, you are able to do this by our PRO version: https://flexibleshipping.com/products/flexible-shipping-fedex-pro/ with Rate Currency feature.
