• I’m using Loco translate for the theme: Jupiter theme.
When I want to edit the theme to Dutch it says to me: Error: Forbidden.

I don’t understand why it gives me this error?
The plug-in works fine on every other plug-in I want to translate.
Is it because Jupiter theme doesn’t want to change its language?

What exactly are you doing when you receive this error? Which Loco Translate screen are you on? is it a full screen error?

I’ll show you how I add the language and the error message:

I’m translating in Jupiter theme. There is also a Jupiter Child theme but it gives the same error.

I have no idea what part of your WordPress is throwing this forbidden error, but I can tell you that Loco Translate does not throw this error directly. Any errors from Loco will be more descriptive.

You’ve still not said what you were actually doing, but I’ll assume the error appeared after clicking “Save” – is that correct?

If so, open your developer tools network inspector and post the response body of the Ajax save action. It’s possible it may contain more clues about what part of your system is throwing the error.
