Hi rowgear,
I’m not sure if it’s just a typo in your message here, but there is an extra dot in your subdomain. Please could you try changing this to http://imgur.com/a/l9ajx
Also, the email for the admin account is unlikely to be [email protected] – this is your primary support email for your helpdesk, rather than the admin account. The admin account will be the email you use to log in to Zendesk yourself at https://rowgearltd.zendesk.com/agent
I’m pretty sure that will fix it, but let me know if not 🙂
Phil
unfortunately not. It was just a typo sadly! I already tried the ‘normal’ support email too.. I’ll experiment a bit over next few days and let you know how i get on! I suspect ts a problem at the Zendesk end somehow. Or maybe the wordpress version? (4.5.3)
just to add, I created a brand new page where the only ‘content’ was the code [zendesk_request_form] and it still gives:
Error: Ticket not created. Please try again by clicking the back button on your browser.
so i guess it might be API issue or something?

Either that, or possibly a restriction on your web hosting which is blocking the connection.
Would you be able to contact your web host and ask if cURL is enabled?
Also, I’m still not sure if the configuration will be correct regarding the email. What have you tried for this field? To confirm, you should use the email address you used to create the Zendesk account. For example, for our Zendesk it is info[at]pipdig.co.uk, rather than our Zendesk support address which is support@ …if that makes sense!
