Error found on website by inmotion hosting

    Can anyone help me with these errors and how to fix them? These errors were found by my website host when I was trying to figure out why I am not getting emails with backups.

    Notice: register_sidebar was called incorrectly. No id was set in the arguments array for the “Header” sidebar. Defaulting to “sidebar-1”. Manually set the id to “sidebar-1” to silence this notice and keep existing sidebar content. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information.     IMHO These notices are not related to the iTSec plugin.
    Also note they are just notices.

    You will need to identify which plugin or theme is using the register_sidebar() function and calling it incorrectly.

    To prevent any confusion, I’m not iThemes.
