    Why need to create backup? Your username is site-reviews I was changet the status to admin you can login now and fix this problem but please, not delete anything. I not want to create backups. The problem post is the last post with name “CliqueLive Reviews” also can find it on home page.

    When someone add new vote the problem automaticly is fixed. Thank you.

    Please return the links to the reviews. When placing the last 30 votes in the right bar, I want to show a link for each to be posible members to know for which post is this vote applies to, as it was before the update. Please, back this function it is very useful. Thank you.

    Do you mean the assigned-to links?

    Please go to the Site Reviews Settings, make sure that the “Enable Assigned Links” option has been enabled, then click the “Save Changes” button to make sure the settings have been correctly saved.

    Oh, I am really sorry. Thank you very much. I want to inform you that sometime get this problem https://prnt.sc/lzwhom have only 1 review but show that have 4 reviews and the rating is based on 4 reviews.

    It sounds like for some reason the rating counts are not updating when new reviews are created (or deleted). You can confirm this by clicking the “Recalculate Counts” button on the Tools page:

    It will help to resolve this faster if you can contact me directly. Please visit the “Documentation” page of Site Reviews, go to the “Contact Support” section and follow the prompts/instructions.

    In your email, please let me know the following:

    1. Did clicking the “Recalculate Counts” button fix the summary?
    2. Are you making any direct changes to your database outside of the WordPress admin (or using a WordPress plugin to edit your database)?
    3. Are reviews being created in any way without the submission form?

    Site Reviews depends on the default WordPress hooks that trigger whenever a review is created, updated, or deleted. If these WordPress hooks are not triggered (for example, when editing the database directly), then Site Reviews does not know to update the rating counts for the review summary.

    After click on this button “Recalculate Counts” this is fixed Thanks
