    Hi,

    I’m using the latest version. I have kept the exported files in iPage hosting. I’m facing the following issue while installing:

    “Error: Gateway Time-out (504)”

    What might be the issue?

    Any suggestion?

    Hi,

    you probably mean, that you get this error while importing, right (not installing the plugin)?

    If you look at the description of the 504 server error:

    The 504 Gateway Timeout error is an HTTP status code that means that one server did not receive a timely response from another server that it was accessing while attempting to load the web page or fill another request by the browser.

    This probably happens right at the beginning of the import process, right? I woulds say, that the server you are hosting the import files, has some restrictions and is not allowing the importing server to get the files… What exactly is the problem, I don’t know…

    Try to upload the import files to another server, if you have that option.
