    My site just updated with the latest release (7.5.1) and it generates the following critical error. I disabled the plugin and site is back up.

  • Same issue, resolves when disabling the plugin.

    Same issue, resolved upon renaming the plugin folder via FTP, attempted re-activation blocked due to fatal error. Rolled back to 7.5.0, all good.

    Same here. Just downgraded to 7.5.0 and am back up and running. Looks like line 31 has to do with the Freemius SDK update that the update includes.

    Same error here. @rbarron, deactivating the error brings the site back up, but any shortcodes installed using this plugin won’t work.

    We wait for the vendor to fix this?

    @nlbailey How do you downgrade?

    @akubrin go to the main plugin page on ww.wp.xz.cn for the plugin and in the right sidebar click ‘Advanced View’. At the very bottom you can change to any version number and download it. 7.5.0 works fine.

    As above. White screen of death. Solved by downgrading to 7.5.0.

    @nlbailey yep, just discovered that. Downgraded, everything working fine now. Thanks.

    same here

    Exactly the same. Just downgraded and it works fine. Let’s wait for the correction.

    Same here. Site and admin area crashed. FTP’d in and renamed shortcode ultimate file folder and it’s all back.

    Same error here.

    What is even worse is the “recovery mode” didn’t work with this error leaving it impossible to get into a site.

    Same. White screen of death. I just restored to a backup prior to the 7.5.1 update and all is fine again.

    Nevermind, it started working again. Seems like it just needed more time to reset itself.

    …………………………..

    I downgraded to 7.5.0, and my site it back up, but now shortcodes aren’t working on most of my pages. @nlbailey I followed your downgrade instruction — any tips on why some shortcodes aren’t working?

    @lagartijacreative once you downgrade, everything should work just as before the upgrade happened. Double check the plugin is activated? You should also check your debug logs to verify if any issues are showing there.
