Error generating gallery.

    I have other galleries loading fine so i’m not sure what is going on here. One gallery will not load. I have checked that the API is correct and it’s the same as the rest. I double and triple checked the album id as well. Still no luck. My site is currently hidden so I can’t share the page

    Hello eyedia,
    make some changes in the gallery like- Show gallery title- “No” or “Yes” and save. Update the gallery content keeping the album id and api correct. If it do not work please let us know.

    Hi there. I tried this with no luck. I rechecked and entered the album id and api code with no luck in it working. Any ideas?

    One last thing. When I uploaded a new image to the album, it ended up working on the site, but then it was only that image showing and not the others in that album.

    Hi I am having the exact same problem as her. I also have one other gallery loading fine but this second one doesn’t loads gives me error generating gallery. I also rechecked and re entered many times the correct API key and Album. I changed from show gallery title to not show…

    Please let me know if there is a solution I really wanted to present my updated gallery to some persons tomorrow.
